Trott Transit Ltd. is a licensed OMVIC motor vehicle dealer operating from our sales premises in Kennilworth, Wellington North. If you would like to see one of our buses please make an appointment as they are stored in a local school bus compound in Mississauga.  OMVIC is short for the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council. OMVIC licenses, regulates, and inspects Motor Vehicle Dealers in Ontario.

Until recently the Trott family operated a large fleet of 150 school buses in the Region of Peel.  We are now retired from the active bus business.  Throughout most of these years we sold our used buses locally to private school, churches, day cares and martial arts schools. Now that we no longer operate our own buses we still have customers who require used buses. Since most of them were not able to find good quality buses on their own we decided to search the marketplace, and find good quality vehicles for them.

Today we buy buses from other bus companies which are still operating. We refurbish these buses and do any necessary repairs and then we sell them. We are very selective in the units we chose to resell. You can rest assured that we will do our best to satisfy your needs and to stand behind the buses we sell.

While many bus companies will sell you one of their used vehicles most bus companies are not licensed motor vehicle dealers. Most will sell you a bus but it BUYER BEWARE as these buses are sold “AS IS.” They are not certified, e-tested or stickered for use. We sell certified, e-tested, and MTO stickered buses or if you wish you can buy a bus from us “as is” and have your own mechanic certify and sticker the vehicle.
